These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cartveli mobile application and website (the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Cartveli is a platform that allows users to:
- Browse vehicle listings
- Create and manage vehicle listings
- Communicate with other users regarding vehicles
- View listings on a map (where available)
Cartveli does not own, sell, or rent vehicles directly.
All transactions occur between users.
2. User Accounts
To create listings or manage content, users must create an account.
Users are responsible for:
- maintaining account security
- providing accurate information
- activities conducted under their account
3. User Content
Users may submit content including:
- listings
- descriptions
- images
- messages
- location information for map-based listing display (exact or approximate)
By posting content, you grant Cartveli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
Users must not post content that:
- violates laws
- infringes intellectual property
- contains fraudulent information
- contains offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material
4. Location Sharing on Listings
If you choose to include a location in a listing, you control whether it is:
- exact, or
- approximate.
You are responsible for ensuring that any location you share is appropriate and does not violate your privacy preferences or legal obligations.
5. Listings and Transactions
Cartveli provides a platform for connecting users.
We do not guarantee:
- vehicle availability
- accuracy of listings
- completion of transactions
Users are responsible for verifying listings before entering into agreements.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- use the Service for illegal activities
- post misleading or fraudulent listings
- attempt to disrupt or damage the platform
- impersonate another person or entity
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cartveli is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between users.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
